Throughout his career, Attorney Joseph Paulozzi has helped thousands of Ohio residents obtain significant compensation for car, truck and motorcycle accident injuries, dog bites, slip and fall injuries, nursing home neglect, wrongful death and medical malpractice. He has settled several million-dollar cases for clients and their respective family members. Joe was named a Super Lawyer for 2019, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is also a member of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and has achieved a “Superb” (10/10) rating from AVVO. Attorney Paulozzi is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), the Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Parma Bar Association, Cuyahoga Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Parma-area Chamber of Commerce. He was recently recognized as a “Top Attorney in Cleveland and Columbus” by Cleveland Magazine for 2019.
Attorney Paulozzi is admitted to practice in all of the courts in the State of Ohio as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Joe’s practice has been dedicated exclusively to the rights of the injured since he passed the bar exam and he has represented clients throughout the State of Ohio.
Mr. Paulozzi was born and raised in Cleveland and graduated from St. Ignatius High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University and then received his Master’s Degree from the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. He was admitted into Mensa the High IQ Society at that time. Mr. Paulozzi earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the College of Law at Cleveland-Marshall with distinction, including top accolades in trial advocacy and appellate court practice. After he graduated, Joe was hired by the late Jerry Milano, Attorneys at Law, one of the preeminent trial and litigation firms in the country until he left there to start his own law practice. Attorney Paulozzi’s firm has earned an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Joe lives in Richfield, Ohio, and has two children, Jack and Ava, and a rescue dog named “Honey”. In his free time he enjoys a variety of activities with his kids, is an avid hiker and a lover of the outdoors, a movie buff, and never passes up an opportunity to play some casual ultimate frisbee. He is also an amateur artist, plays the piano, and is a lover of classic rock.
